Open Box Delivery Policy
At Rumex, we offer an "Open Box Delivery" service to ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. Check Before You Pay: When the delivery man arrives, you are encouraged to open the package and inspect the jersey (quality, size, and fabric) in front of him.
2. Instant Return: If you do not like the product or if there is a size issue, you can return it immediately to the delivery man.
3. Charges: In case of a return, you do not have to pay the product price. You are only required to pay the delivery charge (80 BDT inside Dhaka or 120 BDT outside Dhaka).

After Delivery Returns
Since we offer Open Box Delivery, we strongly recommend checking the product upon arrival. Requests for returns or exchanges after the delivery man has left are generally not accepted unless there is a major manufacturing defect found later.

Conditions for Return

• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Refunds
Since our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD), there are no complex refund processing times. If you reject the product at the door, no payment for the item is collected.
